Exchange Policy
- T-Shirts: We offer exchanges only for size issues. If your T-shirt does not fit correctly, you can exchange it for the correct size.
- Exchange Process:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number and details of the size you need.
- Ship the T-shirt back in its original condition, unused, and with tags attached.
- Once we receive the product, we will ship the replacement size to you.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Velcro Dolls: These dolls, which can be attached to and changed on T-shirts, are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
- Other Items: Any other accessories or products marked as non-exchangeable cannot be returned or exchanged.
Important Notes
- Items must be in their original condition to qualify for an exchange.
- Exchanges are not applicable for damaged or worn products.
- Shipping charges for exchanges may apply as per our policy.
